Single Malt Whisky

Single Malt Whisky has existed for centuries but it’s really only in the last few decades that the popularity of this particular style of whisky has become a truly global phenomenon. You can read how Single Malt Whisky is made in detail on our dedicated Single Malt Whisky blog post.

Scotland’s single malt whiskies are at the pinnacle of the malt whisky category, but both Irish and Japanese single malt whiskies are also very popular and today exciting new wave single malt whisky is being made as far afield as India, Taiwan and Australia.
