Fanny Fougerat

Fanny Fougerat is an independent Cognac producer based in Burie, in the Borderies region of France. Coming from a family of winegrowers and distillers, Fanny Fougerat launched her own range of Cognacs in 2013, focusing on small-batch production and the individual character of each eau-de-vie.

Working with grapes grown in the Borderies and Fins Bois crus, the house produces distinctive Cognacs that emphasise fruit, freshness and the influence of oak maturation. The range includes carefully selected single-cask and limited-edition releases, offering a contemporary approach to traditional Cognac production.
