Hermitage

Hermitage Cognac specialises in rare, vintage and aged Cognacs, with a particular focus on spirits produced by smaller growers and traditional distillers in France's Cognac region. Founded by David Baker, Hermitage has built a reputation for sourcing exceptional old stocks, including single-vintage Cognacs dating back many decades.

Many Hermitage bottlings come from individual casks and small parcels of Cognac, offering an opportunity to explore the character of different vintages, ageing periods and growing regions. With a focus on authenticity, provenance and traditional production methods, Hermitage is particularly popular among collectors and enthusiasts seeking older, harder-to-find Cognacs.
