What qualifies for a price match?
- Both retailers must have the identical bottle in stock, including the same release, size, strength, packaging and condition.
- The competitor’s price must be publicly available and verifiable online. Private quotations and personal or volume discounts do not qualify.
- We compare the total delivered price, using the competitor’s delivery charge for a single bottle.
- Requests should normally relate to UK online retailers. We may consider overseas retailers where possible.

Price matches are discretionary and may be declined where they fall below our cost.
Approved prices apply to one bottle unless otherwise agreed. They cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes, or applied retrospectively.
