A lovely cask strength quite ‘meaty’ expression of this speyside whisky. Have driven past the distillery a few times but never sampled a dram as no visitor centre and understand it mainly provides malt to blended brands. Worth a tasting.
This is caol ila at its best. Great value and so tasty. Watch out, if evaporates really quickly😆
If you like a full peaty scotch experience look no further. It’s smooth and mature

Lovely malt that is easy to drink even neat. A drop of water does open it up to more flavours.
