An exceptionally rare single cask bottling from the lost Banff Distillery, this remarkable 37-year-old Highland malt was distilled on 4th March 1971 and bottled at natural cask strength by the Dead Whisky Society in 2008. Drawn from cask number 633 after nearly four decades of maturation, only 565 bottles were produced, making this one of the oldest and most sought-after releases from this long-closed distillery.

Banff remains one of Scotland's most fascinating silent distilleries. Founded in 1825 and closed in 1983, its reputation has grown steadily among collectors and enthusiasts as stocks have dwindled. Well-aged Banff are increasingly difficult to find, particularly from the celebrated early 1970s vintages that showcase the distillery's distinctive character at its peak.
