As you might have guessed from its magnificent chestnut colour, this 1993 Tormore 29-year-old was bottled from a single first fill sherry butt cask #5053, with an outturn of 554 bottles at 54.5% cask strength. There's been a surge of renewed interest in Tormore since the announcement of its takeover by Elixir Distillers, so don't hang about if you want one of these.
