Nikka's Discovery Series debuted in 2021, with a pair of unusual single malts from their two distilleries: a peated Miyagikyo and this unpeated Yoichi, which dials down the distillery's typical phenolicity, allowing Yoichi's natural fruitiness to shine more brightly. At 47%, this will be a stunner.

The Discovery Series is a great way for Nikka to show off their distilleries' remarkable versatility and we can't wait for the next instalment - there will be annual releases for the next few years leading up to the Nikka company's 90th anniversary in 2024.
