One of the highlights of the seventh batch of Alistair Walker Whisky Company's Infrequent Flyers series, this Undisclosed Orkney (think hard) single malt has been bottled as an 18-year-old after spending the final period of maturation in a cask that formerly held ruby port.
This ruby port finished Undisclosed Orkney single malt is from the 2003 vintage and has been bottled in 2021 as an 18-year-old with 312 bottles emerging from the ruby port cask at a very respectable 53.4%.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Bright burnt umber.
Nose: Orchard fruits and dark chocolate.
Palate: Chewy and full-bodied. Loads of dark toffee. Very fruity - apricots, plums and a tangy cranberry note. A little dark chocolate, and a slight savoury note.
