This was a fine set of drams from G&M when they were released in 1995. This St Magdalene remains one of the very few expressions of this truly great distillate to be bottled at an age younger than 20 years.
More gentle than most examples of this make due to the younger age and lower bottling strength. This St Mag is all on white flowers, gentle minerality, sweet citrus notes and soft aromatic aspects. Very natural whisky and equally charming to boot.
