This 18-year-old Speyside (M) 2007 was one of 658 bottles from a single first fill Oloroso sherry butt and was bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.4%. Signatory have bottled dozens of these glorious sherry casks and they’re amazing value, particularly compared with, say, Macallan’s 18-year-old official bottlings.
