Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 57.1%
There's Pulteney and then there's Old Pulteney, but this is a very old Pulteney indeed: a 38-year-old Pulteney 1982, bottled from a single refill hogshead by Gordon & MacPhail for their prestige Private Collection range.
Slightly astonishingly, this single cask of 38-year-old Pulteney has managed to hold its strength at 57.1%, coincidentally the old 100-Proof, despite there only being 99 bottles left in the cask. This will be absolutely incredible stuff.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich honey aromas combine with sweet lime zest and vanilla. Subtle apple notes lead to a hint of fudge.
