A splendid 46% Mortlach 2009 from a pair of what must have been nice clean refill hogsheads, judging by the natural colour.

The hoggies in question were casks 317315 and 317319, both 2009 Mortlach and have been bottled by Signatory as an 11-year-old without colouring or chill filtration. If a muscular, hearty, meaty Speyside dram is what you're after, look no further.
