From Mossburn Distillers, owners of Skye's new distillery Torabhaig, comes this independent bottling of Mannochmore 2008. This is a small batch vintage single malt from Mannochmore, bottled from hogshead casks in 2018 at 10 years old at its natural strength of 56.1%.
Mannochmore is a Diageo workhorse distillery knocking out high quality Speyside for blended whiskies, so it's nice to see it as a single malt, especially a youngish-but-not-too-young one like this. This should be excellent.
