Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 53.1%
A 30-year-old Linkwood 1991 bottled without colouring or chill filtration by Gordon & MacPhail in 2021 for their Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength range.
Cask #7268 was a first fill sherry butt of 1991 Linkwood 30-year-old that yielded a whopping 549 bottles at its highly promising natural cask strength of 53.1%. Linkwood is one of those magical Speyside spirits that seems capable of staying fresh and lively even after very long ageing (particularly in the hands of G&M), so all signs are pointing towards this being an absolute belter.
