Kingsbarns Balcomie edition has been 100% matured in American oak ex-Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration. Kingsbarns use long fermentation and slow distillation to achieve a fruity new make spirit that complements sherry wood very well.
