Not content with producing top quality single malt whisky, Isle of Raasay distillery determined to make a high class gin while they waited for their whisky to mature. The resulting Isle of Raasay gin was the first legally produced spirit to come from the Hebridean island in centuries. 

Isle of Raasay's Scottish island gin combines classic gin botanicals including citrus peel, angelica, cubeb, orris and coriander alongside rhubarb and locally-sourced Raasay juniper, combined with a custom triple-distilled Raasay spirit and bottled at 46% for extra oomph in the flavours.

Tasting Notes & Serving Suggestion

Nose: Fresh and aromatic, with juniper, citrus and a hint of rhubarb.
Palate: Dry with a burst of juniper, orange and a richer rhubarb note.
Finish: Dry and zesty.
