An official bottling of Imperial 15 Year Old, released by Allied Distillers during the 1990s while the distillery was still operating. Bottled at 46% ABV as part of the Special Distillery Bottling range, it offers a glimpse of a distillery whose elegant Speyside spirit has become increasingly sought after since Imperial's closure in 1998 and subsequent demolition.

Imperial was renowned for producing a light, fragrant and fruity style of whisky. Expect notes of orchard fruits, honey, vanilla, soft malt sweetness and gentle floral aromas, supported by subtle oak spice and a silky texture. Bottled at a higher strength than many official releases of the era, it retains plenty of depth while remaining refined and approachable.
