The Highland Park bottlings that we have had on the shop from G & M in the past have always sold very well. This won't be an exception. A great example of a single cask, cask strength Highland Park.
Batch 19/134 is a 2002 Highland Park bottled in 2019 by G&M for their new and improved Connoisseur's Choice range.
G&M have also spiced things up and bottled this one at a natural strength of 57.9% instead of the usual 46%. It was matured for 16 years in a single refill sherry butt #13601101 that yielded just 672 bottles.

Official Tasting Notes Nose: Rich dark chocolate and ginger aromas complement notes of caramelised orange peel. Palate: Sweet golden syrup with bursts of grapefruit zest transform into soft chilli spice. Finish: Delicate aniseed.
