Highland Park 1989 32-year-old Cask 10015 was a refill sherry butt bottled in 2021 without colouring or chill filtration, and yielded 347 bottles at its natural strength of 51.9%, which sounds just about perfect to us. This will be a special dram.

Palate: Sweet fruitcake flavours are followed by butterscotch and a hint of garden mint.
Finish: A medium to long finish with lingering fruit and spice.
