Japanese Pure Malt Whisky
Bottled by: Kaikyo Distillery 70cl / 46%
From Japan's Kaikyo distillery in Hyogo comes this 12-year-old Hatozaki Umeshu Cask Finish blended malt whisky, bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration.
Hatozaki 12-year-old Umeshu Cask Finish is an assemblage of single malts, which were aged for 12 years in American oak casks before being blended together and then racked for a six month finishing period in casks that previously held Umeshu, the delightful Japanese plum liqueur.
