Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 57.9%
A 20-year-old single cask Glenfarclas of the 2000 vintage, bottled at full strength in 2021 for the Family Cask series. Cask #3387 was a refill sherry butt of Glenfarclas 2000 that yielded an impressive 616 bottles at a natural strength of 57.9%.
It may still be slightly disconcerting that single malts distilled this century are now being bottled at over 20 years old, but at least it's going to be a great whisky, eh?
