As well as being aged longer, the 15-year-old Glenfarclas is bottled stronger than the 10-year-old and 12-year-old, at 46%. Matured in sherry wood, Glenfarclas 15-year-old is an acclaimed malt, frequently rumoured to contain whisky matured longer than the minimum 15 years.

An incredible dram from Glenfarclas, the 15-year-old is a juicy Christmas cake of a whisky with the higher strength giving a pleasing oomph to the aromas and flavours of sherried fruit and gentle smoke .
