An 18-year-old Glen Spey Speyside single malt, distilled on 8th September 2008 and bottled by Signatory Vintage on 21st September 2026 as part of their Cask Strength Collection.

This single-cask release was matured before receiving a finish in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, adding the rich dried fruit and sweetness associated with PX maturation to Glen Spey’s typically lighter, elegant distillery character. The combination should bring layers of raisins, dates, dark fruits and caramelised sweetness alongside orchard fruit, malt and warming spice.

Drawn from Cask No. 18, the whisky was bottled at a natural cask strength of 54.4% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring. The cask yielded just 347 bottles, making this a particularly well-aged example of Glen Spey from Signatory Vintage’s premium Cask Strength Collection.
