An 12-year-old Edradour Highland single malt, distilled on 16th May 2014 and bottled in September 2026 at 46% ABV, natural colour and without chill filtration.

This release continues Edradour’s ongoing collaboration with the St. Michael-Eppan winery in Alto Adige, northern Italy, exploring the influence of different Italian wine casks on the distillery’s character. Following earlier bottlings in the series, this expression was finished in first-fill Sauvignon casks sourced from the renowned winery.

Sauvignon provides an interesting contrast to Edradour’s naturally rich, full-bodied spirit, with the wine casks bringing a fresher influence of citrus, green fruits and aromatic fruit character alongside the distillery’s weightier malt and gentle sweetness. The result is another distinctive variation on Edradour’s house style and a further showcase for the distillery’s extensive use of alternative cask maturation.

Drawn from a small parcel of just two casks, #703 and #705, this 12-year-old combines traditional Highland single malt production with the influence of one of Alto Adige’s established wine producers.
