A 2012 Edradour 10-year-old bottled in 2023 by the distillery's owners Signatory Vintage without colouring or chill filtration for their Unchillfiltered Collection at a good drinking strength of 46%.
This 10-year-old Edradour 2012 is a single cask bottling, and from the colour we're going to guess it was most likely a sherry cask. These don't tend to hang around long round here, so don't delay if you fancy one.
Dark fruits like figs, dark plums, raisins and dates on the nose.Rough, earthy and dirty in a good way,a few drops of water and given time in the glass and you will be surprised by how much more this sherry bomb gives you.
