This 13-year-old Caol Ila 2012 100-Proof was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration in early 2026 from a small batch of first fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts and refill hogsheads at a mighty 57.1% strength, equivalent to 100-Proof in the old UK imperial measurements. Signatory’s 100-Proof range has provided whisky fans with a steady stream of great value high strength single malt whiskies, and this 13-year-old Caol Ila looks like another smash hit.
