Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Fable 70cl / 57.5%
The first batch of Pendulum Spirits' Fable bottlings sold out lightning-fast after some very favourable reviews, with the winning combination of top quality design and excellent cask selection giving these releases a must-have status.
This Caol Ila 2010 (like the 2009 cask we had a few months back) represents Fable's Chapter One: Clanyard series relating to their first Scottish myth, the Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay. It's a hogshead (cask #313842 if you're interested) and was bottled as a 10-year-old just a few weeks shy of its 11th birthday in July 2021, yielding 311 bottles at 57.5%.
*Please note that this Fable Caol Ila is Maximum 1 Bottle Per Customer and duplicate orders will be deleted.

With water added - faint grassy - ashy tones, elegant, fresh fennel seed with a green pepper note.
