Expect peat smoke, seaweed and heather honey.

Nose: Full-blown Islay (on a beach) with a maritime, seaweedy and harbour style.
Palate: Opens oily and sweet, leads to summer tar, chimney soot and creosote.
Finish: Fishermen's Friends with leads of peat-smoke and ash.
