Aged Rum
Bottled By: Harpalion Spirits 70cl / 43%
We're excited to grab some stock of the first Cabal rum from Harpalion Spirits, a Scottish-based collective doing things a bit differently.
As the name suggests, Cabal was developed through extensive collective thinking, consultation, experimentation and of course tasting. The result is a blend of pot and column distilled rums from several countries including Guatemala, Guyana, Trinidad and Panama.
Cabal 1513 has been bottled at 43% without colouring or chill-filtration after a secondary maturation period in Speyside in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The result is a fine sipping rum and a testament to the art of blending.
