Islay Single Malt Whisky
Bottled By Woolf / Sung Spirits 50cl / 64.2%
From the 3rd batch of releases (late 2020) from our friends at Woolf / Sung Spirits, we have this awesome and experimental Bruichladdich.
This whisky was distilled in 2010 and matured in a single Rivesaltes wine cask #R18/324 for 9 years.
It was bottled in 2020 at a cask strength of 64.2% and with a yield of just 371 bottles by Woof / Sung under for the Artful Dodger Whisky Collective series.
These Rivesaltes casks are becoming more popular and Bruichladdich themselves have bottled Micro Provenance releases from Rivesaltes casks.

What The Bottler Says
The Collective will note that our first Bruichladdich bottling sold like hot cakes, so we thought we’d ‘ask’ for seconds… After spotting This cask; nestled in the experimental section of their warehouse, we promptly rolled it to the safety of the Dodger’s refuge.
The nutty fruity flavour of the Rivesaltes cask offsets the meaty and peaty style of Bruichladdich beautifully.
