This 11-year-old Benriach 2015 was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 104 after finishing in a first fill Amontillado sherry hogshead cask, and was an edition of 341 bottles at a whopping natural cask strength of 58.5%.

My usual preference is for a peaty whisky; however, the Aberargie Inaugural Single Malt 2026 was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be trying more.
I’m not a great fan of Peated Whisky but this one is superb, gently Peated Sherry Hogshead doesn’t get better than this very smooth Whisky, a very pleasant surprise.
