Are you thirsty?... oh good because the latest offering from Hunter Laing's Old & Rare series comes in a whopping 1.5 litre bottle. It's a 25 year old Ardbeg distilled in 1991 and there are only 20 Magnums available. It's a beautifully smokey whisky with coal dust and peat on the nose followed by a late touch of citrus. Dry & briny on the palate with seaweed also coming through. The finish is complex with old leather, oak and a lingering smokiness.
