A. D. Rattray Online Whisky Tasting 2025

It's time for another of our smash hit virtual whisky tastings! Join us on Friday 28th November for an in-depth journey through the portfolio of indie bottlers A. D. Rattray with our special guest Max Maartense.

Max is the brand representative for A.D. Rattray as well as their Clydeside distillery in Glasgow, which opened in 2017. We can't wait to hear his insights into this fascinating lineup of delicious A.D. Rattray drams.

The tasting list reads like the perfect introduction to the delights of A.D. Rattray, featuring the Stronachie, Cask Islay and Cask Orkney mystery malts, plus a 6-year-old sherry-matured single malt from the new Clydeside distillery and a pair of cask strength Rattray bottlings from Balblair and Chivas's little-seen mega-distillery Dalmunach.

What you need to do and what is included

1. 1. Order Your Tasting Pack: If you haven't already, please order your tasting pack online. If you are overseas please allow enough time for your samples to arrive.

   2. Shipping/Collection: Your tasting pack, containing six 1.5cl samples, will be shipped to you the week commencing 17th November. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect it. You'll receive a separate email closer to the event date with the link for the Zoom tasting.

   3. Join the Tasting: We will send you a Zoom link on the 26th November. On the date of the tasting, click on the Zoom link provided in the follow up email at 7.15pm (to allow time to resolve any technical issues). You'll be admitted to the tasting shortly after.

   4. Enjoy the Experience: Relax, pour yourself a dram, and get ready to listen, learn, and most importantly, taste! We encourage you to ask questions throughout the tasting.
