Exquisite dark peat amber. A beautifully rich, fruity nose - astonishing for a whisky which is over 45 years old. Very sweet; almost toffee apple sweet.A big whisky, perfect in front of an open fire. It's a real armchair whisky; one that you can sit and enjoy for a long time.
