This 11-year-old Mannochmore 100-Proof Edition #51 came from a small batch of Pedro Ximenez sherry quarter casks and refill hogshead casks and should be an absolute belter at the Signatory 100-Proof strength of 57.1%.

went in june 2025 with scotland tour "Star tours", bought it for 65 Pounds during my tour, but not at the distillery, it is not single malt taste, would prefer black label any day. Think the distillery is sold to the japanese, Please check.
