A single cask Inchgower 2011 13-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength Collection.
This 13-year-old Inchgower 2011 was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 101, a first fill Marsala hogshead cask that turned out a total of 306 bottles at an exceptionally sturdy natural cask strength of 59.8%. This should be a tremendous whisky for Speyside fans.

Complex with subtle dried citrus, raisins as I would usually like in a sherry cask but something (the smoke, grape skins ? from the sherry cask?) unwelcome reminds me of grappa.
