A small batch Compass Box Crimson Casks blended malt whisky. Compass Box Crimson Casks was created in 2024 and is a celebration of the richer sherry-matured side of whisky.
Compass Box Crimson Casks was assembled by former Compass Box whiskymaker James Saxon using single malts from Glen Moray, Benrinnes, Teaninich and a ‘Distillery near the town of Aberlour’, with the majority of the whiskies used having been matured or finished in first fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled at 46%, Compass Box Crimson Casks is a delightfully opulent, rich, nutty sherry-dominated delight.
