This 12-year-old Caol Ila 2013 matured in a mix of first fill Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon hogshead casks, and has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration at the old imperial 100-Proof, equivalent to 57.1%. This looks like a must-have for devotees of the classic peat'n'sherry combo.
