An old special edition bottle of Ballantine's Limited from Reserve Casks. This Ballantine's Limited was a vatting of selected casks bottled for duty free and overseas markets.
The reserve casks referred to on this Ballantine's are specially selected single malt and grain whisky casks aged for longer than the normal Ballantine's recipe, so this Ballantine's Limited Edition should be richer and more complex in character than the standard releases.
