A single cask 15-year-old Tamdhu 2007 bottled without colouring or chill filtration in late 2022 by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular series.
This 2007 Tamdhu 15-year-old came from Cask DL16481, a refill hogshead that produced 383 bottles at 48.4%, one of the Old Particular range's standard strengths which is equivalent to 85 proof in the old imperial measurements.

Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Green apple peel develops to a nutty style with milk chocolate and spice.
Palate: Oily and thick – Malt alongside burnt brown sugar and toasted, buttered brioche.
Finish: Long – detect dried apricots with charred oak and buttery quality.
