A 9-year-old peated Bunnahabhain 2013 bottled as Staoisha in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

This 2009 Staoisha 2013 was finished in a pair of first fill ex-Pinot Noir red wine butts and bottled at a palate-friendly 46%. The combination of red wine and smoky whisky can be tricky but has many fervent adherents, for whom this looks like both a treat and serious value for money.
