Single Cask Rum
Bottled By: Maison Ferrand 70cl / 53.7%
A 14-year-old Plantation Guyana 2007 vintage single cask rum bottled at a hearty 53.7% by owners Maison Ferrand without added colouring for their 2022 single cask releases.
This 2007 Plantation Guyana 14-year-old single cask has had an eventful journey, with 13 years of tropical ageing in ex-bourbon casks followed by a year in Maison Ferrand's French oak casks before a seven month finish in Irish whiskey casks from Teeling. Rum and Irish whiskey seems to be a great maturation combination, so this should be very interesting stuff.
