A small batch North British 2009 15-year-old Lowland single grain whisky bottled in 2025 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their 100-Proof range.

This 15-year-old North British 2009 was part of the first release of grain whiskies in the 100-Proof range, and matured in a batch of first and second fill oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels before being bottled at a hefty traditional 100-Proof (UK), equivalent to 57.1%. North British is a huge distillery owned jointly by Diageo and Edrington but you don’t see that much of it around, so this high strength teenager from Signatory is a very welcome addition to our virtual shelves.
