A single cask Glenallachie 2008 12-year-old bottled in 2021 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection. Cask 900368 was a first fill sherry butt bottled without colouring or chill filtration at a frankly ridiculous 63.4%.

Glenallachie, as Billy Walker has been demonstrating so splendidly for the last few years, is an absolutely top class spirit that takes to sherry casks like beans to toast.
