This 10-year-old Whitlaw 2013 came from a batch of first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry and second-fill Oloroso sherry casks and was bottled at 46%. The Whitlaws are a range of hills behind Highland Park distillery on Orkney, just a little unrelated factoid for you there.
