This 2005 Orkney 18-year-old matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded 576 bottles at its very tempting natural cask strength of 54.9%. These undisclosed Highland Parks are fantastic value for money, particularly the sherried editions like this - fastest fingers first.
