A very rare sherry cask Mosstowie 1973 45-year-old bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2018 to celebrate their 30th Anniversary - part of a collection of outstanding anniversary bottlings from Signatory's extraordinary reserve stock of long-aged casks from rare distilleries.
This 1973 Mosstowie 45-year-old was distilled on Lomond stills at Miltonduff and bottled from a single refill sherry butt #7622 that yielded 410 bottles at its natural cask strength of 51.6%. Signatory's 30th anniversary bottlings are presented in a black laquered box with a pair of Signatory Vintage branded Glencairn glasses.

Nose: Complex, with lemon, herbs, grape and pear turning spicy and medicinal.
Palate: Starts aromatic and becomes sweeter with toffee and a long powerful malt finish.
