This 27-year-old Glenrothes 1996 came from a single bourbon hogshead cask that turned out 210 bottles at its natural cask strength of 54.4%. Glenrothes is more usually seen from sherry casks - this long-aged bourbon hoggie will be a fascinating dram that should showcase more of the distillery's character.
