A single cask 2009 vintage Ardlair, the unpeated single malt whisky from Ardmore distillery, bottled as a 12-year-old without colouring or chill filtration in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.

This 12-year-old Ardlair 2009 came from a single refill Oloroso sherry cask 900031, which yielded a generous 582 bottles at its monstrous natural cask strength of 60.9%. If you haven't tried unpeated Ardmore before this would be an excellent place to start.
